During this tour, you’ll explore Queen Elizabeth National Park and engage in a variety of exciting activities. Day-to-Day
Upon your arrival, your tour guide will greet you and escort you to your choice of accommodation – Lake Height Hotel, Lake Victoria, or Palm Beach Hotel, all conveniently located near Entebbe International Airport. Here, you can unwind and enjoy your overnight stay.
Day 1: Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After a hearty morning breakfast, we’ll embark on an exhilarating journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, nestled in the shadows of Mt. Rwenzori. Along the way, we’ll make several stops for lunch in Fort Portal, moments of relaxation, and to take in the breathtaking landscapes. We’ll also connect with the Rwenzori community to participate in tree planting activities, contributing to conservation efforts. Our day concludes as we check in to our chosen accommodation – Jacana Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, or Ihamba Safari Lodge. Here, you can relax, savor dinner, and settle in for the night.
Day 2: Wildlife Exploration – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Following a delicious breakfast, we’ll kickstart our day with a morning game drive. Expect to encounter early risers like Bushbucks, Hyenas, Elephants, Bush pigs, Lions (including the famous climbing lions), Buffaloes, and Jackals. After the thrilling drive, we’ll return to our lodge for lunch and some well-deserved relaxation. In the afternoon, we’ll embark on an exhilarating 2-hour boat trip along the Kazinga Channel. During this journey, we’ll witness hundreds of hippos, buffalos, elephants lingering on the shoreline, and over 60 bird species. Our evening will be filled with relaxation, a delightful dinner, and an overnight stay at Jacana Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, or Ihamba Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Entebbe International Airport
Rise early for a delicious breakfast before joining researchers for an up-close encounter with the wild African big cats. You’ll actively participate in a Lion Tracking project within Queen Elizabeth National Park, contributing to valuable scientific research that enhances our understanding of the park’s lion behavior. After this enriching experience, we’ll return for lunch and then embark on an exciting road trip back to Kampala and Entebbe International Airport. Along the way, we’ll make several stopovers for scenic views and equator crossings. Our journey will conclude as we arrive at Entebbe International Airport in the evening, allowing you to catch your flight back home.

What to bring?
